1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer:
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
1.2 Order Cancellation by Bhaab:
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Unavailability of the product.
    • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
    • Payment issues or fraud detection.
  • If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a product that was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product delivered is expired or spoiled.
2.2 Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following details:
    • Order ID.
    • Photos of the product showing the issue.
    • A description of the problem.
  • Upon verification, if your request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2.3 Non-Refundable Conditions:
  • Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
    • Change of mind after delivery.
    • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
    • Products opened, tampered with, or consumed partially.

3. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement requests must follow the same process and timeline as refund requests.


4. Return Policy
4.1 Return Conditions​​:
  • Returns are only applicable for damaged, expired, or incorrect products.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4.2 Return Process:
  • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
