Our Story
Growing up in the Northeast, our kitchen always smelled of spices, sun-dried fruits, and slow-fermenting flavours. The moment that changed everything for us was one bite of Grandma’s Shidol chutney — a bold, fermented taste that carried the warmth of home and a lifetime of family recipes.
That memory became our mission.
At Bhaab, we preserve those traditions and share them with the rest of India. But our pantry doesn’t stop at Shidol. We make a wide, lovingly crafted range of pickles and chutneys — from classic mango and tamarind (imli) pickles to amla, garlic, lemon, mixed-vegetable achars, and seasonal Northeast specialties.
